Gulf Coast Realty and Property Management, was formed by Stefany Cordoba and Joseph Oster in June of 2016. On September 1, 2016 Waterways purchased the assets of Bayview Management Inc., a local association management company. Waterways Association currently manages residential homeowner / condominium associations and commercial property. The Associations managed, range from as small as 6 units to as large as 190 units. At Waterways Association Management, we are dedicated in providing association Boards, their owners, and the whole community with a hands-on approach to management and service which is unmatched by other association managers.
Gulf Coasts goal is to build a trusting partnership with our associations by working closely with the board of directors to help create a positive, comfortable life for all residents in the communities we manage.
Gulf Coast Realty and Property Management is owned by two individuals with various experiences and backgrounds in the areas of real estate and association management. Waterways dual ownership and team approach to association management, gives our clients an advantage over other associations that are managed by other companies. Our team is well versed in association accounting, budgeting, management, rules and regulations and rental issues.

Licensed Community Association Manager
Joe is a licensed CPA (inactive) in Ohio, a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, a member of Naples Area Board of Realtors, and licensed Florida Community Association Manager. Joe has over 30 years of accounting experience in several industries with a concentration in real estate. Joe has set up and budgeted associations from developer beginnings to owner turn over. Joe prepares all financial information for the Associations and actively consults with association on operations and budgets.

Stefany is a licensed Community Association Manager as well as a licensed Real Estate Agent in Florida and member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors. Stefany has been working as a community manager over 9 years. Stefany is the go-to person when it comes to the day to day operations of Waterways. She is well versed in association rules and regulations both on the state level and individual community level.

Jennifer is a licensed Community Association Manager. Jennifer speaks both English and Spanish fluently. Jennifer along with Stefany handles the day to day associations activities. Jennifer handles member accounts receivable issues and vendor accounts payables. Jennifer is very knowledgeable in community association affairs and has been with Waterways since 2017.

Mary Kate is an Administrative Assistant with over seven years of experience in customer service, as well as three years of experience in the digital marketing space. She enjoys leveraging both strengths to provide the best service to each and every client of Waterways Association.
